Ashley supports dietary and lifestyle choices and incorporates nutritional supplements, herbal medicines and flower essences into her practice. Ashley treats people of all ages and stages of life and has a keen interest in digestive health, anxiety and supporting stress resilience. 

Ashley is available for in-person and Telehealth appointments at Osteopathic Sense Fitzroy.

Carmen Saunders

Naturopath BHSc

Carmen takes a casual approach to naturopathy, believing that health is in the daily rituals that build wellness and the nourishment we get through food and activity. 

Carmen supports mental health conditions and gut health and has also studied reiki and pranic healing.

Jayden is a passionate advocate for holistic nutrition, evidence-based herbal medicine and fitness. His experience working as our store manager at Wild Things and in clinical practice offers a unique perspective of how priority, circumstance and underlying causing factors affect a treatment plan and set clients up for success.

Jayden’s particular interests include neurodivergence (specifically ADHD & ASD), paediatrics, mental health and disordered eating. Jayden is available for tele-health appointments.

Monique takes a holistic approach to dietetics, believing that there is so much more to food than nutrition. 

Monique is passionate about irritable bowel syndrome and the gut-brain axis. She has a keen interest in disordered eating and the intersection between mental health and nutrition outcomes.

Shaun has a thorough understanding of the Body in both states of health and illness. He is passionate about supporting people with chronic illnesses through nutritional supplements, herbal medicines, diet and lifestyle support.

As a father of three, Shaun is an expert in family health. From proud frazzled new parents to the lingering cold in a toddler, Shaun seeks to promote health in all age groups and family dynamics.
